Trying to replicate the same ideas of the paper on the deck.

… sometimes shit can hit the fan and everything you knew could be thrown into hell, yet after all the pain and guilt, you can come out stronger, better, faster.  Well maybe not faster, but you get my point.  Hardships are always hard, but they make us so much better, so in a sense it’s worth the pain.  After you get past the curve ball, you can strike a home run, and life is beautiful again.  Out of darkness can come light.  I wish we, as humans could understand the complexities of life, yet from the experiences we go through we all come out with our own outcome based on personal beliefs and experiences we have had.  It almost seems as if the true meaning of life is what you make of it.  So there is no one answer, but the answer is the collection of all our feelings, experiences, beliefs all in one.  Life is one of the paradoxes of life, it can be so great, rewarding and long, or it can be evil, twisted and short.  Make of what you can with your life.  We don’t know when we will leave this place or why (Large Hadron Collider Aug 2008 = black hole).  So just sit back, relax and enjoy it.

This one is a freehand Bee I drew in class today:

I was looking around the net and came across some of Banksy’s stencil artwork, so I decided to give it a try.  I looked at some tutorials on Stencil Revolution, and I gave it a go.  My first attempt is still a WIP, but it is of “The Dude”, and the second is a self image.  The self image worked out a lot better, but I had better cutting materials and an easier stencil to work with.  My stencils have been created in PS, printed on plain paper, and cut out with scissors, and colored with a Sharpie.  So for the supplies I am working with I am very happy with the results.  I plan on making some more so stay tuned!
